The Software Downloads: ScanSnap S510 download page shows no options for MacOS support (to include Monterey and beyond). After a bit of research, I was able to find this page that explains that the SnapScan 1300 Software Package works with the S510. I gave it a try after no other leads and it works!! I tested and scanned a few documents and it worked as expected for me. I was even able to scan directly to Google Drive. To be clear, I currently have Monterey 12.2 installed.
